PD Current I understand your anxiety but over the last 13 VB

Between January 1, 2011 and March 5, 2012. The visa.bulletin has only ever been released on or before the 5th of the month once. If anyone else has something to add or can tell me which other bulletin was released on the 5th or before please come forward with reference.

ricardo wat do u think the cut off date for F2A will be in the April Bulletin.

For the past few months, they have sent invitation letters around 26/27 of every month. I'm not sure why you are suggesting to wait until the first week of March. We do not have any choice rt now exce

Finally also some GOOD NEWS from my side....

My Interview has been scheduled for 3rd April @10:00 AM....

Called NVC and operator gave me good news and immediately receive email in 5 mins...

In email attachment I was asked to bring latest tax return of sponsors.

Thanks all who were following my PD and praying for my interview letters.....

Also heartily congratulations to Ricky for his interview confirmation....

Will keep you all updated....

dude , same here i got my wife sked @ April 27,,,then you get your visa after what??? 2 weeks , above all Glory to God ...i can have my family in 3 months im so HAPPY !!!!

Before the bulletin comes out, I want someone with PD after 01Oct09 to get an interview letter. In 2010 when it was projected that F2A category would be current by Feb 2011, it was mentioned that they did not receive enough cases for 2009 and early 2010. So if that's correct then the VB should move fast..I wish the bulletin moves up to 01Dec09 this time..

Actually I think the problem in 2010 was that there weren't enough COMPLETED cases as USCIS was taking years to approve petitions. According to the latest statistics released in November, we are still over 300 000 applicants in the F2A category. With 88 000 visas per year, I just don't see how the VB could move any faster than what we are seeing at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I am also fed up with putting my life on hold and not being able to set up a home with my husband, but at the same time I want to remain realistic about what's possible. A movement of two months per month would already be a dream come true.

Anyway, congrats to Ricky, Mr. Blu and Homer, you'll be with your families very soon!

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

Superb..Great news..Congrats man!!! So now for sure the cut off date would be either 01OCT09 or 08OCT09..

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.
