I have a question... do my sponsors need to fill up again an I-864 form (affidavit of support) to be presented on the time of interview or just the RECENT income tax report? 2010? 2011? i'm so excited at the same tine so nervous...

Not Necessary..........SO F2A cut off date will be 15/Sep/2009....Congrats :dance:

Wow, congratulations to all who got their interviews. Really a good momentum...So the cut off date would be 15Sep09 for sure now..Hope it moves to 22Sep09 or 1Oct09..

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

If your petitioner/sponsor has already filed an affidavit of support I-864

you just need to bring a copy of the petitioner's latest ITR and W2 just in case,...

If your petitioner/sponsor has already filed an affidavit of support I-864

you just need to bring a copy of the petitioner's latest ITR and W2 just in case,...

Finally!! got my interview this morning.. it will be on April 16, 2012! my PD is September 13 2009 ....my mistake in the list i'm sorry i thought my PD is sept 17 but instead its september 13, 2009... Thank you VJ family i'm so happy!

Really? We have same PD same as with my sister but haven't recieve yet an email.
