For the past few months, they have sent invitation letters around 26/27 of every month. I'm not sure why you are suggesting to wait until the first week of March. We do not have any choice rt now exce

I think interviews are system generated once the individual is placed on the documentary qualified list and awaiting for the visa numbers. I do not buy in that the NVC was closed today due the storm so we did not get any interviews. Once the consulate has open slots for interviews, people in the list will automatically get notification.

Anyways, next week the bulletin is coming so we all will come to know if it is really moving ahead or not..I feel pity for those who PD is in 2009 and 2010 as they were all current in 2010. If you have speed up your paper work at that time then you guys would have got it in 2010 itself..

Always ready with the paper work as you never know when it's gonna jump forward so do not delay in sending your fees and paper work. The money is not that important compared to staying away from your family. It's just $88+ $400..Not a big deal..

My wife's PD in Feb 2011 but I'm all ready with my I-864 and DS-230 forms. As soon as I get the NVC email, I will send them..I'm lucky that my wife got 10 yrs multiple entry tourist visa and she is in the US with me but nothing is better than having her on gc...

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

what is a conclusion? Freeze or they will move?

my friend i belive that no freeze coz if NVC will freeze VB of april & they know that

they do not have the any problem to say that they do not estimated the feelings us. they dont know what dispersion family mean

& they dont feeling how much i miss my daughter & my wife & u miss ur family too

so if they know will say dont worry :)

Just FYI- NVC can not freeze VB-it is at the hands of DOS.

Guys, keep some patience and we all all know by a day or two.

no snow storm, that my case is very close to be current and they are giving interview to cases filled prior to July 22 and to keep calling.
