Can I go to the embassy before the interview date and tell them about the mistake or should I wait until the interview?

homer4all has been inactive the last two days, I wonder if he lost his patient.

Hi Eddymvp,

Yes kind of lost patience but following this thread 10 times everyday.

Have no update from my side so didn't wanted to post negative message and upset others.

Case was completed in Nov 2010 and since then waiting waiting.... last bulletin myself and Mr. Blu just missed by 2 days so eagerly waiting for this one.

Like me MR. Blu's PD also 24July09 so also following him.

Hopes to receive NVC email in first week of march as per NVC operator.

Best luck all ...... lets spread positivity.....

Cheers h

This forum is awesome, its hard to explain sometimes to others not experiencing this journey what we go through. It's sad though sometimes that I am wishing the days to go by faster, maybe I should to take the time to enjoy each day to the fullest.

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Immigrant visa petition HCM2010735108 is currently on a list of completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin. The current edition of the visa bulletin is available on the following website:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

The visa bulletin contains a list of cut-off dates divided by foreign state chargeability and preference category. Only petitions with a priority date earlier than the cut-off date are eligible for a visa and consular processing. This petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category are given below:

Please note that the applicant(s) on this case should not make commitments such as disposing of property, resigning employment, or confirming travel arrangements at this time.

Please be advised that we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.
