I just called and operator told me they are still working on February bulletin

Same answer for me...

I called NVC and operator told NVC still haven't received new visa number and asked me to call after 1st March..

I have a question to you guys who have better understanding than me on immigration system.

On December 2010(before retrogression) the current priority date was August 2010, so how the people with priority date before August 2010 are still remaining? Why they didn’t get visa before and on Dec 2010? Can anyone explain to me?

I know that who are adjusting the status don’t get letter before that so it’s possible to remain those people who are adjusting status. But who are doing through NVC get letter before the date becomes current (am I right?) so how they couldn’t get visa before and on Dec 2010?

I hope you guys understood my question. Please explain me if you have idea on this.

My PD became current in August/September 2010 .

then they approved my case then i sended my all documents to US embassyy In Islamabad i was in USA that time

then i got DS-230 forums from US Embassy Islamabad

i sended those in a month then i came back to pakistan after 10 years..

they sended me the interview letter..

done with that i had to apply for a waiver application thats y it took me time then this retrogression happened urgh..

now MY PD is coming up in MARCH .. JULY 5 2009 ..

they jus have to issue me a visa... urghh
