I called NVC and because this Case was completed on November, 2010 the case its still on the F2A Category.

Just bring the most RECENT tax information. You can take only 2010 or only 2011 if the petitioner have it for you. If not..do not worry.

Sometimes the less information we have to work with is better.. less info to review.. makes the case looks less complex.

I was hoping the VB april will be 8/sep/2009 . MY pd 3/sep/2009, but i worry about my cspa . My case had completed on 20/12/2010 ,cspa under 21 years old .what should i do if i don't have the interview letter . :help: :help: :help: :help:

When did ur case gt approval by USCIS, tell me the exact date. You might be saved under the CSPA, and wats ur date of birth. Only then we can help u out to tell u the real picture, wat would happen to u.

To understand the CSPA procedure, PD is not important but the Case Approval Date is very important to know whether an applicant save or not.

IS your name correct on your birth Certificate..? IF yes i would not worry. Your father's middle initial is missing or his name..? I would not worry about it and fill out any paper work as it is printed on the birth certificate. Date of marriage.. if wrong too?? This can be correct by submitted their marriage certificate to the current office that has the petition to have them correct it. How did your father get his permanent residence status..?

These things will not be a huge burden to you and your case.

Yey! Thanks for your answer. Much appreciated! There's nothing wrong on my name. Just the middle initial of my father in my birth certificate is missing. My father was petitioned by his mother, my grandmother.
