after that how long they will take to get the visa on their hand do u have any idea abt that?

Nobody knows how long they will take to review at the embassy just like no one knows the time of AP at DOS. But unlike DOS you should be able to expedite the process at the embassy with help of your senator. Please try to contact an immigration lawyer who will be able to help with this problem.

best wishes

Yes, I have talked to a lawyer and he advised me wait for 2 months from the day of interview and then to call DOS weekly or bi weekly to get updates. If it takes more than 5/6 months, then he will take me to the senator's office to advocate for my case.

thats why im waiting too.. lets see what they says.. cause AP.. lawyer cant do anything at this time thats why..anyway i wish u hear good news soon.. good luck get b with the work..u see the time will go fast.. im trying the samething but seems like still time its not going.. but 3 months gone.. lets see.. let me know if u get any update i will let u know mine thank you
