What is required in Question 14? My American wife's maiden name or new marriage name?

Question 31a - Do i put anything in there? My wife is already an american? so do I need to state her?

Apologises if they are straigthforward questions but I want to ensure all is correct

This is what i wrote in my DS-230 forms and i am approved.... as we have mention my wife maiden name in our previous forms and in communication we maintain the same in question 14 and regarding question 31a this question i think is targeted for F4 category where whole family is approved and they travel together so they have to mention all other family members name for us F2A it should be NA or NIL what ever you mention.... that what i understand and that what i wrote in my DS-230 forms ....... all the best
