I Forgot to Copy my RFE

I finally received my IMBRA RFE yesterday and then mailed it today. Somehow I stupidly didn't copy it before I mailed it. I have copied everything else up to this point and don't know what happened this time. Is this going to cause a problem later?????

June 13, 2006: I-129F Sent

June 27, 2006: NOA1

Sep 13, 2006: Touched

Sep 15, 2006: RFE Sent from CSC to my attorny

Sep 29, 2006: RFE Recieved by me

Sep 30, 2006: RFE Sent back to CSC

Oct 4, 2006: RFE Received by CSC

Oct 7, 2006: Touched

Oct 17, 2006 NOA2

Oct , 2006 NVC Received papers

Nov 3, 2006 NVC Forwarded papers to Juarez

Nov 17, 2006 CDJ mailed Packet

Dec 2, 2006 I received Packet in the mail today

Feb 6, 2007 Medical at CDJ

Feb 7, 2007 Waited for DHL to deliver pictures since he forgot to bring them

Feb 8, 2007 Interview (Was approved to file waiver)

Feb 22, 2007 Filed Waiver at CDJ

I don´t think it might be a problem if you didn´t copy it.

Wouldn´t know when it would be needed once again after you got approved from the service center.

2005

01-03 Rico gets his B2 visa

02-28 Rico comes back to TX for a 6 months visit

09-26 Paula Jo comes back to Germany and stays until end of October

12-08 Rico comes back to TX and stays until February 20, 2006

2006

04-13 Paula Jo has mailed off Petition I-129F to TSC

04-17 Petition I-129F arrived with TSC in Mesquite, TX

04-21 NOA 1 (Paula Jo receives it on 04-26)

05-10 Paula Jo comes to Germany and stays until June 9

06-30 IMBRA RFE 1 arrives

07-03 IMBRA RFE mailed back

08-24 Received RFE #2

08-28 Mailed off RFE#2 requested papers

09-11 Updated and NOA2 FINALLY APPROVED!

10-03 NVC received our case

10-05 Our case left NVC for consulat in Frankfurt/Germany

10-10 our case arrived with consulat in Frankfurt

10-14 Rico received package #3

10-17 Rico sent back package #3

10-26 Rico got medical exam done in Frankfurt. Still waiting for interview date

11-01 Rico received package # 4

11-09 Rico had interview and visa got approved

11-29 Rico received Visa in the mail

12-13 We arrive together in TX

2007

01-10 Rico applied for SSN

01-20 Rico received his SSN Card

01-25 OUR WEDDING DAY

A copy is more for your peace of mind than anything else like if the original gets lost in the mail - which it won't. You won't need it again so don't worry about it!

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

A copy is more for your peace of mind than anything else like if the original gets lost in the mail - which it won't. You won't need it again so don't worry about it!
