Got NOA2 hard copy, NVC case number assigned, but get failure to deliver notice from USCIS

I got NOA2 for I-130 on Jan 6 after 7 months wait. And I just got NVC case number and IIN on Jan 25 too. But today, i got an email from USCIS as follows

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On January 25, 2012, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days from January 25, 2012, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application with fee.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

My husband got hard copy of NOA2 not long ago, so I dont know what's wrong. Anyone was in the same situation? Does it affect my current processing petition at NVC? Thanks for you input.

To be noted, my husband hasnt moved since we file I-130. He got NOA1, NOA2 in the mail too.

ask the uscitizen petitioner

to call into USCIS

then speak with a Tier 2 rep, an ISO

then

once he has an ISO

ask to review all returned mail pieces,

ask to review the addresses used on the returned mail pieces

ask to check the address again

then ask for all returned mail pieces to be sent to the proper address.

in the meantime

glue a name card with his name and your name inside of the post box at the uscitizen petitioner's address.

IMO, USPS screwed up - the postal carrier is really messy - not able to read english.
