Monreal is wanting to go to school and take some classes. Would she be eligable for student loans and pale grants? Or would they slap me in the face with the Affidavid of Support that i signed?

When I moved here last year on a CR-1 visa in May, I wanted to go back to school for the fall semester. I applied for financial aid using FAFSA and got ~$10k worth of student loans. Had zero problems.

Sure your wife can get grants and loans for school.

No worries about the Affidavit of Support unless she

gets government benefits such as welfare or other social services.
