Hi,

Two quick questions:

1.) I was reading that it is "ideal" to organize the entire I-129F packet with the Cover Letter, G-325A's, Letter's of Intent, Divorce stuff, Photo's glued or taped to a piece of paper with names, dates & places written below, etc., and then bind it all into a folder with two-hole punches at the top of each page and attach them all to a ACCO fastner. Then to further organzie it, put some sticky tabs at the bottom OR side of each page to indicate the sequence or contents of the documents. Has anybody done this and found it to be ok with USCIS?

2.) Does a website such as FilipinaHeart qualify as a International Marriage Broker? On the I-129F, Question #19, it asks if I met my Fiance through a IMB. Do I answer "Yes" and provide the website address, etc., if that is how we met?

Thanks so much.

J

Filipinaheart is not an IMBRA marriage broker

Paper clips work fine. When it gets there they take it apart and put it in their folder anyway, just make sure it all gets in the envelope

I met my fiancee on that site also, what I did was printed out the terms and conditions where it states the site is not a marriage broker and attached it in our packet. I figured too much info was better than not enough

Too much info will not hurt but "No" would have been sufficient. On the other hand if one is not sure it is better to say YES and give the information. There is no penalty for mistakenly saying "yes" there COULD BE a penalty for mistakenly saying "no"

Most online dating or marriage sites are not "international marriage brokers"

Just want to confirm that FilipinaHeart.com is not a marriage broker and nothing beyond answering the question "No" is needed.

At the interview they may ask how you initially met (versus the petition where they want the details of how you met in person) at which time saying FilipinaHeart will cause no problems. They have heard that hundreds of times.
