and, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but they told me that CSC is officially processing July 12th.

And the tip about staying on the line until a Spanish speaking rep really worked--Tier I said they couldn't answer my question so they transferred me without any problems! Thanks!

September 28, 2011: Check cashed
September 30, 2011: NOA1 Received-California Service Center
November 7, 2011: Touch
March 6, 2012: Received NOA2 hardcopy
NOA2 Approved 158 days after NOA1
NVC Received CaseFile: March 12, 2012
NVC Casefile Number Issued: March 21, 2012
NVC AOS and IV reflect paid: March 26, 2012
NVC AOS and IV packages sent: March 27th, 2012
Checklist received April 4, 2012--NVC lost my DS-230!
Case Complete: April 13, 2012 !!!!!!
Interview Scheduled: June 5th, 2012!!
Medical Exam Passed: May 28, 2012
Interview: PASSED!!
Port of entry: June 12th, at MIA!!!

Removal of Conditions

March 19, 2014: Sent I-751

March 21, 2014: Check Cashed

To be honest, I have no idea. I have yet to call any of them, but part of me is thinking (or hoping) that maybe the actual center might have a more accurate date.

I am confused as when I called the USCIS number last week I was told that the CSC is still

processing mid-June K1 applicants!! Can someone pls shed some light on this? VJ estimates as of today

is August 22!? Which is the right number?

the official USCIS timelines were updated today. please check the USCIS website for current processing times.

the VJ dates are based on historical data (ex past three months), and are dependent on VJers submitting acurate and timely info.

the best dates are revealed in the monthly filers threads. these progress reports allow you to see when approvals happen.

there is NO possibility of speaking directly to CSC or any of the other service centers.
