Well I decided to send it today being Saturday as I may not be able to get out of the office next week for lunch in time to get to the Post Office I just hope that its enough what I sent fingers crossed?

Its, as some are aware to remove my condtions based on my Divorce but it gets complicated as we have reconciled since the Divorce and live together again, but we have nothing really in joint names anymore not that we ever did to be honest he paid all the bills I bought the food but we did have a joint account besides are own separate ones.

So I have sent a copy of a cheque in both names (plus it was also paid from that account the filing fee)

Some Bank joint statements for the past 2 months and some old ones that I found in the draw.

I included my cell phone and store card bill to show that I live at the same address.

He wrote a really nice affidavit for them taking full responsibility for the break down in the marriage and divorce.

2 passport phots and the divorce papers dissolution.

Thats it there was nothing else to send at the AOS interview they took the lot then and when we split he never kept anything like I said there was nothing much anyways :(

I mean its a bit silly if you are applying to remove conditons based on your divorce to ask for certain documents to be sent as proof of a vaild marrige, because they already would of seen them at the AOS interview, and of course you would not have that evidence in joint names if you are no longer together, so why do they ask when they already have the proof????????? from the AOS.

I do not even have the original lease that we had in both names as he bought the house when we split and it's only in his name.

Well I guess I will have to sit tight and wait  ####### it seems so unfair because its obvious are marriage was a bonafide one or we would not be back together.

I am am just so worried about not sending enough evidence :help:
