Just got married and lost !

Hello, hello !

I'm new here (but I already introduced myself in the righ part of the forum).

So, let me explain my case. -And thank you for the time you're taking to read this-.

I'm a French woman who just got married to an US Citizen. But the wedding wasn't planned at all. I was staying in TX with a simple ESTA. But then we got married (after 4 years of a wonderful relationship) and our mariage is official, I bear his name and all that.

Now, he wants me to come in his country. About the papers I've to admit that we're kinda lost. I think that we have to fill in the Form I-130 (it's done, waitin' to send it). But what about the rest ? Do we need to fill in the G-325a ? Sounds like it does "match" with the I-130... But we're sooo scared to make a mistake... that we're completely lost. Lol.

Thank you so much for your answer !

No problems I would suggest you give the link to your husband so he can better understand the process and once you start to fill out the forms, check(and re-check them  ) against the example forms as there are a few tricky questions which can easily be misinterpreted

Good Luck and once again any questions feel free to ask

Cheers
