Hello

I just started joining this forum and have read quite a lot of informations. I'm in the process of starting I-130 application, but have quite number of questions. I'll try to organize my questions as best as possible.

As a background, I married my wife on December 2011 in Indonesia. I am naturalized US citizen and she is Indonesian. We have known each other since we were in middle school together in Indonesia(same school, same class year). We have kept each other's contact all this time since I moved to US through letters, emails, chat, and, skype. Prior to my marriage, I visited Indonesia a few times including vacation with her together just a few months ago. In fact, a month later after the vacation I went back to marry her. So now, I'm trying to bring her here as soon as possible.

Here are some questions:

1) Marriage certificate: Our marriage certificates consist of civil registry and religious certificate (Indonesian requires both to be legal). Only the civil portion is dual language except the dates is spelled out in Indonesian. So, I'm having my wife to have both documents translated with certified translator. Once translated, is it okay to send a scan copy with I-130 application?

2) Form 325a

a) There is File Number with A to be filled. I am a naturalized citizen. Do I fill that A (INS registration) from my naturalization document? or fill another number from my old green card?

b) Okay to abbreviate W. Sacramento for West Sacramento? Otherwise i have to write WestSacramento (no space) to fit the city in form 325a

c) Form submitted in connection with application. For me? Check other - In support of spouse I-130? For My wife - Status as Permanent Resident?

d) Before I came back after our marriage, I have my wife signed Form 325-a, but nothing is filled yet. Is it okay for me to fill it and date it?

3) Form I-130: Item 10. Do i fill A number even though I am a naturalized citizen? Item 13. Naturalized - Certificate number different from A number? On my naturalization document, there is number in red and INS registration number below. Which one is to fill item 13?

4). For proof of bonafide marriage. I understand at this point, the main item is to prove a marriage which is the marriage certificate. But lots of people front load the proof with I-130 application and bring them at the interview. For me, I can only provide below. Now do all of these proof (like letters and chats) to be english too?

a) wedding photos from my religious and civil ceremony. We plan to have wedding reception in Indonesia after the visa is obtained.

b) photos together and with friends

c) letters from years ago

d) some emails

e) birthday cards/ gift

f) passport stamps everytime i visited Indonesia and when we both in vacation together

g) airline ticket, only few boarding pass (not all) to Indonesia

h) Continuous chat through IM and Skype. However there are tons of pages since we talked almost everyday since last year. Any advice how to put together? Should I just wait for interview?

Are those enough? I do not have any joint lease, house or bank account. What about affidavit? If I plan to put those, do they need to be in English and notarized?

5) Misc Items. According to VJ guide, I should include proof of naturalization and proof of residency? I have the certificate of naturalization but not sure of proof residency. Please advise.

I realize there are tons of questions. I appreciate any help or suggestion I can get.

Thanks
