well we are under initial review in our k1 visa fiance and as you know we stated on the paper works that my petitioner father was alive but after that the petitioner father died and the question is should we declare about this the uscis or not? because my fiance called the uscis and someone answeared there and he stated that he doesnt know so i am asking ur helps guys if we can do anything to declare about his death or not

The K1 visa process is primarily between the US citizen 'petitioner' and the foreign citizen 'beneficiary.' If the father was to be a co-sponsor later on in the visa process, then a new co-sponsor will be necessary. Please provide more information.

Doubt it will have any bearing on the petition process, at the time the forms were completed all things were true so don't worry about it.

As said if you were planning on him being a co-sponsor later then you will need a new co-sponsor.
