I am confused again lol.

I did not pay biometrics fee for my kids cuz they are under 14. But I got appts for all of us for biometrics. I guess I thought they did not need it. Do they or is this an error?

There is no fee for children under 14 years old, they have to attend the biometrics appointment though.

My son had his biometrics this month and he is only 6. Fingerprint, picture and his "signature"

20 minutes there was really fast.

There is no error, please be there for their appt.

Yes, your child/children do need to go to their biometrics appointment. The picture and fingerprint taken are what appears on their 'Green Card'.

I am really confused on this one myself. My daughter is 13yo and when we filled out the paperwork it said there was no need for the G325 for her. I received an rfe on her AOS earlier for something else, something they already had. No mention of the G325A though for her.

I have also had done biometrics for myself but there was never any need, it seemed, for her to be done and I have never received an appointment notice for her.

Both of our cases have now been transferred to CSC. Guess time will tell if they are going to get her to have them done.

I had to get biometrics for my daughter K4, she's six years old. Did not have to pay a fee. All it is, is a picture and both thumb prints. Then she had to print her name in a box on the computer screen. The man there said that when she turns 14 she will need to come back and get a full set of prints and give a proper signature. Kinda hard for a six year old to print there name electronically and it needs to be done kind of fast or else it erases and they need to start over. She got it after two tries doesn't help if the child has a long first name. All she had to do was her first name though.
