Thank I am so so happy for you, I hope our process goes the same way, have been waiting in USCIS for 4 months pending AP, haven't heard anything but hopefully he will be granted a 2nd interview, I submitted the I-129F..Congratulations!!!!

Hello, All:

Two and half years of waiting for the Consulate to approve our visa. Our first interview in Feb 2011 was horrible for my husband and then the waiting for the NOIR. Our case was reaffirmed within seven day of USCIS receiving our rebuttal letter. This second interview was great. The american man told y husband to take his time and just talk normally and if he needs to he can talk to him in French/Arabic or Berber if needed. My husband was asked a lot of questions that he answered perfectly. He has to submit all new civil documents/medical exam/ and my I-864 which he had except for the new translations into English. My husband is so relieved. The man said that the visa is approved and to submit these additional documents as he he can. We should have all these items completed by Monday.

HAMDULLAH!!

Thank you all for your support!

This is wonderful news and we all know how difficult Morocco is just to prove your relationship. You stayed persistent and pushed your way through this process never giving up. Wishing you a life full of happiness....

This was the most challenging thing that i ever went through. I must say that this time the interviewing consulate was very patient and offered him a translator, but my husband did not need any translation. Thank you for your sweet comments. We are still waiting for the actual IR visa. This is not over yet.
