Hello, All:

Two and half years of waiting for the Consulate to approve our visa. Our first interview in Feb 2011 was horrible for my husband and then the waiting for the NOIR. Our case was reaffirmed within seven day of USCIS receiving our rebuttal letter. This second interview was great. The american man told y husband to take his time and just talk normally and if he needs to he can talk to him in French/Arabic or Berber if needed. My husband was asked a lot of questions that he answered perfectly. He has to submit all new civil documents/medical exam/ and my I-864 which he had except for the new translations into English. My husband is so relieved. The man said that the visa is approved and to submit these additional documents as he he can. We should have all these items completed by Monday.

HAMDULLAH!!

Thank you all for your support!
