The other option is, do you have any assets? A second car, owning property, savings etc?

even though kids are us citizen? so my income is not

enough

As was mentioned if you has assets you can list to make up the different then you are good.

Example: need $27,000 only have $24,000 = difference of $3,000 Need assets equal to the $3,000 X 5 (years) (the number of years I am not sure about) = $15,000

The CO has some discretion, and the closer the relation, the better. However, they would be joint sponsors, not co-sponsors. The joint sponsor would have to meet the income requirement on his/her own based on the joint sponsor's household size plus the immigrant.

The I-134 is not enforceable, so unless the offer is credible, the CO is not likely to accept a joint sponsor.

whats the best way to do this since my income is not enough?

thanks

Find a close relative that has sufficient income, and have them fill out an I-134 for you, and give you a photocopy of his/her latest tax return as filed with the IRS. Make sure you provide a letter of explanation how you are related, where they live in relation to where you and your fiance will live, et cetera.
