Reading some of the topics worried a little about the evidence thing.

Here is what I have, is it enough?

- 3 Sworn statements from people that lived in our apartment building together in Korea. (everything was in my name)

- Her as the primary on my life insurance (200K) my two boys 100K each.

- Her on my military insurance.

- Military orders of a one year tour to South Korea (she is from Korea).

- About 13 pages of phone bills (calls to her).

- About 80 photos (some of us together alone, most with friends).

- Joint tax return.

- She has attachment to my bank account (a debt card in my name) she uses. Bank said I couldn't get her added to my account without a SSN or ITIN - I have applied for a ITIN w/ taxes.

- Two trips back to Korea since I left in June, but none since we got married on 15 November (the visa fee's are killing me).

- About 60 pages of emails between the two of us.

I have to think this is enough? I'm I a little worried for nothing? Anything else I could add?

06 Dec 2011 - My B-Day; Sent I-130 to Chicago Lockbox.

12 Dec 2011 - NOA1 Received.

18 Dec 2011 - Requested USCIS expedite my case due to military deployment.

19 Dec 2011 - RFE Received.

21 Dec 2011 - RFE Sent via fax.

04 Jan 2012 - I-130 Approved.

18 Jan 2012 - NVC Received my petition.

18 Jan 2012 - Requested NVC expedite (see above USCIS reason).

20 Jan 2012 - NVC/Embassy approved expedite request.

23 Jan 2012 - Case Completed at NVC, Shipped to Seoul Embassy.

26 Jan 2012 - Consulate receives my petition.

20 Jan 2012 - Return Completed DS-3032

30 Jan 2012 - Receive Instruction Package

30 Jan 2012 - Packet 3 Received

30 Jan 2012 - Packet 3 Sent

01 Feb 2012 - Received South Korean Police Report

01 Feb 2012 - Received Interview Appointment date

06 Feb 2012 - Medical Appointment

September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
