Greetings all!

I'm a Canadian, currently living with my wife in San Diego, CA. I'm on a TN visa, and about to apply for my Green Card. I have the money saved, now it's just a matter of getting the application together.

Is the K-3 Forum the right place to start a thread regarding my progress?

I think you should be filing for adjustment of status because you are already in the US and married. http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2
