so i finally got my packet 3 yesterday. so now im looking for hotels to stay at.

were planning on staying for 4 days down there.

but i dont know what hotels are good! i would like one with a shuttle that takes my finacee from the hotel to consulate and back.

then the whole payment of 350 is confusing me. so how do we know what account to put the money in? is it paid online or at a bank in mexico?

if we want to do it in person how is this done what will we need.

Congrats! And I heard Ibis hotel is good and my fiance will be staying at the Kristal Business hotel. Those two offer shuttles!

When you go into the CSC visa information website and you set up an appointment you will get a receipt. Which tells you what account number to deposit to and you print that out and take it to the bank!

You can read through the reviews for Juarez. A lot of people leave info about what hotel they stayed at: http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Mexico&cty=&dfilter=5

My wife stayed in the La Quinta Hotel. She said it was close to the consulate (walking distance), and they offered free shuttles. They also had free wi-fi.

12 Nov 2011 - Became a U.S. resident (+250 days)

We stayed at La Quinta as well. Loved it! It was clean and the food was good. We enjoyed the pool area and free wi-fi. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport and will also take you to the consulate, ASC, and medical facilities (which are all right next to each other). There are some restaurants right across the street from La Quinta. You can also order breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast is complimentary. For added piece of mind, the property is gated with controlled access. If you wish to see pictures and video, I have included them in my consulate review here:
