We are working with a lawyer and told her the visa arrived in Juarez and we needed to make the payment and fill out the form online, she told me she was going to do that and now it has been 2 weeks. She never contacted us back so I am wondering what happened after she makes the payment and fills out the form online? Does my fiancé need to show a recept of payment at the interview? Can the consulate or USCIS tell me if the payment has been made?

You can call and see if your payment was received, just have your case number available.

However, the Consulate won't contact you with Packet 4 (with the interview date) until they've received everything they asked for in Packet 3.

Try calling your lawyer as well. Have you done this?

This does not apply to Juarez. There is nothing to mail back in before the interview and no packets.

Just so you know, your visa did not arrive in Juarez. You do not have a visa yet. Your approved petition was sent there allowing your fiance(e) to now apply for a K-1 visa at that consulate.

You can pay online, or your fiance(e) can pay at a Banamex. From the instructions pdf file at the Juarez consulate website:

All K1, K2, K3 and K4 visa applicants should pay a new USD$350.00 visa fee at any BANCO NACIONAL DE MEXICO (BANAMEX) or SCOTIA BANK in Ciudad Juarez, Chih., Mexico or through online payment at http://mexico.usvisa-info.com before they attend their interview at this Consulate and validate the payment in the same website.
