Hola a todos, beno ando un poco loca porque ya my fiance mando la petition y llego el 19 de enero y aun no me han dado respuesta ni nada :crying: [page]

hasta cuando hay plazo para q me responda ;???

Si apenas están iniciando el proceso, la respuesta del USCIS para avisarles que ya recibieron el formulario se demora entre 2-6 semanas. La aprobación se demora entre 6-12 meses, dependiendo del centro de servicio a donde les tocó enviar la petición.

Mucha paciencia. Mi I-130 fue recibida en Phoenix el 20 de Enero y todavia ni un mensaje de texto o ninguna notificacion y eso que llenamos el G-1145 que es un E-notification y uno pensaria que siendo una notificacion electronica se recibiria ahi mismo y nada. Lo mejor es olvidarse por un buen tiempo de los documentos y seguir nuestras vidas normalmente para no enloquecernos pienso yo. Ademas este proceso toma tiempo y eso ya se sabe desde el principio. Mucha suerte!

Citizenship

6/24/2016: Mailed N-400 package via USPS from Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan

7/11/2016: Received NOA1 dated 7/5/2016

11/3/2016: Received email from USCIS-Seoul Office with Naturalization appt set for 11/30/2016

11/30/2016: Naturalization Interview on Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. N-400 Approved

12/1/2016: Naturalization Ceremony
