Address issues. Please give me your input!

Hello! Well, I might as well just get into it.

My fiance is from Morocco and sending mail to him has never been easy because the mail NEVER gets to him due to really serious postal office problems (his town doesn't even have a mailman anymore!!!) so he decided that he is going to invest in a P.O box so he'll be able to receive things I send him (such as letters, important documents for our petition).

But my problem is,

a.) where would we specify that his mailing address is different for his home address? Is there a designated place for it on the I-129F or G-325A forms? because I don't see a place.

b.) should we attach an explanation of why the mailing address is different from his home address?

[[ details on our case : we will be filing for the I-129F fiance visa ]]

Thank you!

All I have found on the subject is this

located on http://www.visajourney.com/content/assembly

"Note 17: The address block on the forms is the data field captured for all of our mailings. Consistent with the limitations on the number of characters per line (a maximum of 32) and the total numbers of lines (4) in that field, whatever is in the block will become the mailing address used by the system. The data in these fields is entered exactly as indicated on the forms. Please include internal routing symbols in the address block, especially for large organizations. It is better to abbreviate the name of the organization and have space for the routing codes than to fully spell out the name and have notices sit in the organization's mailroom."

I think I'll just have to call the USCIS...
