Mom filing for single daughter AOS question

So finally after filing for 5 years, we get NVC correspondence for paperwork.

We filed in 9/2006 mom for single daughter and kids...F1 I believe.

Now we are doing paperwork and hoping to get this done in time.

For AOS.....do I need bank statements? (For the life of me I cannot remember if I did when I did my CR1.)

Actually you don't need bank statements for any part of the immigration process with any case. You can provide the tax return/transcript, employment letter. Keep inmind that she mind the applicant should be legally in the U.S for the Adjustment Of Status to be approved.
