My wife and I are finishing the packet today for her RFE. We wanted to double check on the address to send it to. Since we live in Illinois we sent the original 751 to the California Service Center. That address was:

USCIS California Service Center

PO Box 10751

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075

The RFE had an address at the bottom that says, "You will be notified separately about any other applications or petitions you filed. Save this notice. Please enclose a copy of it if you write to us about this case, or if you file another application based on this decision. Our address is:" with the address

USCIS California Service Center

PO Box 10590

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075

I assume we should send it to the PO Box 10590, right? Or should we send it to the original I-751 address? Suggestions?

Thanks everyone

By all means send it to the address printed on the RFE. It makes perfect sense that they'd keep incoming RFE responses separate from new applications.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I guess you need to send it to this one

USCIS California Service Center

PO Box 10590

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075

btw, did you include any new evidence for the RFE or just updated versions of old evidence?

Thanks!

We have a little of both. We have all the same things we had before along with some new things. We added things like a joint credit card, life insurance policy, and a couple other small things as well as a ton of pictures.

Thanks for the replies everyone,

Roger
