If you are illegal immigrant I am afraid you won't get through the interview stage even if you manage to get the interview in the embassy in Australia... I'd suggest to go back to Fiji and file from there but maybe someone has a better suggestion. Unfortunately it doesn't put a good light on your approval if you are ilegally in Australia. So the risks you are facing:

a. deportation from Australia

b. K1 visa denial

Hi everyone I'm from Fiji and lives in Sydney as a illegal immigrant an my fiancée lives in states so if I apply for K1 visa do I get deported from Sydney or I can apply from here and do my visa processing and also does it effect my chances of getting k1 visa need help n suggestions thanks y'all .

you don't apply.. the US Citizen sends in application.. but you do have be in legal standing in country you are in.. so you will have to go back to fiji, if you want the process to start..

You should go back to Fiji. You could potentially end up in Villawood and get deported anyway so why would you even want to risk it?
