I think that they are approving some petitions at the end of january, prob some at beg of february, cos by approving some "newer" petitions they will get a better average of petitions approval.

Yes. There's a group of petitions received 1/18 (14 in total) around mine. My receipt date is 1/18 (although my NOA1 is 1/20. None of these petitions have indicated any activity. No RFEs. No Approvals. Merely silence. I hope that they decide to do some work on the middle of the month soon.

I'm starting to think this week might be out for me....But hopefully next week when I finally hit 5 months on Monday, it will be time for some news...I never expect anything on Friday's anymore ha..so tonight and tomorrow is about it for my expectations.

That's all so far. There is just 5-6 around me and nothing else is going on with them at this point.

Must have missed that one..yes. Hopefully, next week will be better for us. I'm not feeling it this week. I think next week is a very big week for us. Most of us will have arrived at or be passing the 5 month mark..I've already accepted that this week will probably be uneventful. Approvals are still concentrated where we've seen them the past couple of weeks.

I checked the numbers around mine, and one about 4 numbers after mine was approved on June 7th. I wish they'd start working on the middle of the month. Seeing nothing is really discouraging.

Yes. I hate to say it, but this is not our week. The numbers just aren't supporting adjudication for mid-month filers right now. It's like a void of activity. Best we could hope for is a random one to slip in. But right now it's very quiet.

It is. It's weird that one got approved with an NOA1 date of 1/17 and none of the others did. I'm really hoping for good news for all of us soon.

I was thinking and my best guess would be like this.

They have a big pile of K1's and there let's say 3 workers.

So they gave each worker 10 cases so each get 10 meaning let's say first guy get Jan 1-3 then 2nd get Jan 3-6 and 3rd get Jan 6-9. Therefore we will see someone get approved before you and if the "worker" slow gonna take a while... unless someone sorted the easy/hard....

Yup we just have to all hang in there. I'm going to hope for something in the next 2 weeks. Trying to keep my expectations reasonable since right now they've got quite the backlog.

Best gauge of current processing trends is under the immigration timelines section and Igor's list. It uses the data input on this website to calculate a date that USCIS is currently processing. It's an estimate however. For both VSC and CSC processing of January petitions is underway. with a few Decembers and Februarys mixed in.
