I think people posted about getting NOA2 in other threads but didn't update their timelines but that's my guess :) I've seen one or two yesterday...

Paul, how do you know about the approvals if they haven't updated their timeline on VJ? When you said 1/31.. my heart jumped for a sec... but alas... it is not ours.. :(

Yes. It definitely seems like they have resources directed elsewhere. We'll see what today brings. I'm surprised those other 2 community members haven't updated their timelines yet. But they were both VSC. 1/13 and 1/31....Middle of month continues to receive neglect...It's strange

Having an amazing time with Andrew on his visit, but we have both lost all energy when it comes to visa stuff! Just called the ncsc and got the whole 'working on january 1st' + 'you're within normal processing times' bit. We have tto speak to tier 2 person to launch an official service request, right? My brain is fried right now, sorry guys.

That approval 4 behind us yesterday helped, but Andrew leaves in a week and we were realllllly hoping to have good news by the end of his visit - another goodbye with no hope in sight. Awesome. Sill, lucky to be together right now, I know.

29 days since RFE response email from VSC and not another peep!!!.......(just in case anyone thought maybe we got news) it sucks for all of us this waiting, our timeline has now run into July, God Grant Me Strength!!!!

Interview Monday 27th August 2012

207 days since NOA1.

Tommy arriving Saturday 25th August

Yipee!!!

APPROVED!!!!

Tommy went home 5th Sept

Visa arrived in mail 5th Sept

POE Dublin on Oct 3rd 2012

160 days.... getting to 60 was do damn hard... this is crazy

Hoping you get it this week Photomile. You have been patient enough. 160 days is torture compared to the 100-120 days we were seeing a couple of months ago.

Our case number ends in 11.. there are several after us around the same nbr that have been approved.

13 - approved June 6th

14 - approved June 11th

15 - approved June 11th

17 - RFE June 10th

18 - approved June 11th

19 - approved June 8th

20 - approved June 8th

These are all I129F's. So they are working on them guys... I'm sure hoping our case is in that pile!! :yes:

I have no idea what is up with VSC. It's almost like they are working from the start and from the end of the month and then meeting somewhere in the middle? I don't understand why the middle of the month petitions are being neglected...

This whole process is enough to drive anyone absolutely nuts!! :wacko:
