Thanks for the heads up. We have done this, and we know there's a service reuqest in. It just sucks waiting. Seriously I wouldn't wish this on anyone

ha seriously not even on my worst enemy. It's definitely an effective form of torture..

Yes. I think that's what primarily drives us all crazy. If we could see them coming down the line in a systematic way then it would alleviate some anxiety. As I said before, never seen a process like this. It's nuts.

I hate that they're randomly processing the petitions. I found approvals for January 10, 17, 19 then one on the 23rd and nothing for January 20. It really sucks not knowing anything...

ha same thing at Cali too? Seems like they don't want to process the NOA1 of January 20th anywhere...Although Sabi found one it seems...My received date is actually the 18th based on my case status at USCIS. and not a bit of action for any of those petitions (about 14 of them in that group)

Yes..I think I'll definitely call next Monday. And then I'll try to figure out the best course of action. I really hope I won't be waiting into the 170-180 day range. God that would be awful...Really just hoping this week or early next week can be the end of this...

That's one of things I am really scared of... being left on my own as the only or one of a few not approved.. I really hope we will get some good news around the same time so no one is left behind... that would suck big time!

That's one of things I am really scared of... being left on my own as the only or one of a few not approved.. I really hope we will get some good news around the same time so no one is left behind... that would suck big time!

Yes. At that point, I will consider Congressional Inquiries and service requests. Because then you do have nothing left to lose. What happens with Photomile's petition should give us some window as to what the inquiry can result in when you're beyond the 5 months.

From 18th , 19th and 20th there are only 3 approvals each so far... 17th has none and 1 x RFE... there are some random for day 13th too... It looks like 10th got a lot of attention as last... and then whatever is above 20th as I wasn't checking that far...

I hope all of us get approvals in the next two weeks. At least if I call, I'll feel like I'm doing something. I think I'll work on getting some pictures printed and the affidavits filled out this week so I can send them home with my fiance. I think we could all use some good news!

My NOA1 date is Jan 31, but they actually received it at VSC on the 27th.. so which date do I go by?

I am officially in the VJ estimated timeline for adjudication as of today. But at this rate... who knows? :bonk:
