It's pretty weird to come to work and not to expect any approvals...

Btw I don't know how Igor's list works , it shows January 6 but there were no approvals on VJ since last week... however I found an approval on USCIS from January 6th from May 25th so it looks like it is pretty accurate!

Bleh, knowing there's no chance of approvals today is depressing but still, lets hope they have a renewed drive on tuesday and actually do something

i was kinda sad about it too - but then i saw my fiance's face light up when he realised he had a day off, and also he's planning on buying lots of stuff tax free (may just be a new orleans thing - it's like hurricane preparation weekend or something?), and i felt bad for begrudging those hard working americans their time off, when we have so many bank holidays in the UK just gone/coming up (four day weekend for the queen's jubilee! woo hoo!).

but yes, in return for my generous support of this memorial break, they had better work their a$$es off when they get back to the office!!!!

yeah well knowing that my baby is having a great time visiting his old friends in SF makes me happy too! However, they better start approving tomorrow cause I really badly hope this was the last time he had to travel on his own!

Somehow my VJ timeline improved. ha. It's only a day, but now it's between May 31st - Jun 8th. I know the timelines are mainly for fun, but it's better than seeing it shift in the other direction. Igor's List is indicating Jan. 8th processing right now. ha. I'll take it.
