i don't mind it taking the full 5 months for approval when we've come this far, what i'm more worried about is getting to 5 months, or even past it, and THEN getting an RFE. that would suck soooooo much!

Couldn't agree more...a RFE would kill me....

Looks to me like a pure luck...well I was never too lucky (except for when I've met my fiance of course) so I've no hopes , all we really need is some patience which right now I'm lacking of...

I found 2 x RFE for January 3rd dated yesterday! It really sucks... they have no mercy for people. Those things should be checked at the very beginning. I bet 9 out of 10 is because they have lost something...

ross sold her apartment.. and has money to come here again.. but now that K1 is processing.. i would be afraid they would not let her into USA to visit.. :(

i can imagine how you all feeling right now. 4 months since NOA1. I have been with my finacee in the United states for the entire process but im leaving next monday. never thought i would be leaving without getting the NOA2 when we started this process. Good thing is she is coming to see me in a month time so im excited

You're guys lucky if you have a chance to spend this waiting time together. I haven't seen my fiancé 3 months now and it looks like I won't see him for at least 3 more :(

she lives with mom.. not sure who name the house is under.. either or both..

i would prefer go visit..

but we are going to wait and see what happens in next few weeks.. *NOA2*.. before anything is set in motion for trip..

It sucks..... The last time I saw Sveta was January 1 of this year. We talk on the phone 2-3 times a day plus 10-12 emails a day and Skype most weekends, but it's not a touch or a kiss and it somedays just makes the loneliness that much worse.... It'll happen soon though guys... We all are very down and discouraged, but I promise, good days are coming soon!!!!

It'll happen soon though guys... We all are very down and discouraged, but I promise, good days are coming soon!!!!

Yes it sucks being away from your loved one. We have been planning trips every 3 months, either me going to US or him coming to Canada. I went down for a 2 week visit in November for the American Thanksgiving, and he came to Canada for a 2 week visit in February. I am here in USA again for a visit and go home June 3rd. But I think this will be the last trip we can do before getting the visa. So I am thinking it is going to be a very long and painful 4 to 5 month wait until I can see him again!

Thank God for skype, but it's not the same as being together.

On the bright side... I was all prepared to be scrutinized and grilled at customs so I had all kinds of paperwork ready to prove I was returning to Canada. The POE officer asked for nothing!! :thumbs:

I just keep thinking to myself... the next time I come to Texas... I get to stay for good!! :D:dance:
