Some people from the CSC are getting replies in 30 days.

I don't know about everyone else, but my estimated timeline was for early July and now I'm mid-June in the VJ timeline tool.

Starting to see some November NOA2's now. I really believe CSC is starting to pick it up at least a little bit.

K1 Process -

1/30/12 - I-129F sent

2/2/12 - NOA1 Received (CSC)

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

7/11/12 - NVC Received

7/13/12 - NVC Sent Case to Moldova Embassy

7/18/12 - Packet 3 dropped off to Embassy

7/19/12 - Packet 3 & 4 Instructions Received from Embassy

7/23/12 - Medical Exam Passed

7/27/12 - Interview

8/4/12 - POE Denver, CO

9/14/12 - Wedding #1 (Denver Courthouse)

9/17/12 - AOS/EAD sent

9/19/12 - AOS/EAD NOA1

10/23/12 - Biometrics

1/16/23 - AOS Interview

Some people from the CSC are getting replies in 30 days.

Starting to see some November NOA2's now. I really believe CSC is starting to pick it up at least a little bit.

Mine was estimated for late June and is now 1st - 5th of June, but I am hopeful that it will happen before that. It's pretty amazing to see people get their NOA2s after only weeks instead of months, and whilst I am happy for them, I just hope that the people at CSC (and VSC) do have a method to all this because I would hate to see earlier petitions left at the bottom of the metaphorical pile and have the newer ones placed on top. :(

19/06/2012: NOA2 (no RFEs)

26/07/2012: Medical

02/10/2012: Interview Date - approved!

25/10/2012: POE - Chicago O'Hare

24/01/2013: Applied for AOS/EAD/AP

21/03/2013: AOS interview scheduled for 24/04/2013

That's great news for CSC! I'm really happy to hear it. I was pulling for you guys because it would be unfortunate to have such a significant difference in approval times. And I agree. I wish we understood better why some petitions are getting through in a month. I don't understand it. I know that the petitions don't always go out of the door in the same order that they came in. But I don't understand why a petition that is complete and has no errors would receive approval before a petition that is submitted significantly later.

Paul, you and I are good examples of just how far apart the estimated approval dates actually are! We received our NOA1 on the same day and yet you are an estimated three weeks ahead! *sigh* Oh well, I guess we can't help which service centre our applications go to (unless my fiance was to move east prior to submitting!). I quite like the idea of living in Colorado though, so hopefully it will be worth the extra three weeks! :D

haha yess. definitely! and maybe neither of us will be waiting that long. things might really pick up right now since this is a very slow time of the year for the submission of petitions. I was really excited with that second touch since many petitions touched on that date were approved recently..but still nothing. but I won't complain. the people who recently received those insanely fast approvals were very very lucky.

I like that we are now in March as we can safely say that our petitions were submitted over a month ago! I hope that everyone is hanging in there and is optimistic about being approved and with their loved one before winter sets in!

yes hanging in there! some got already approved within a month and I guess each of us is praying for a miracle ;) but I'm really hoping to be with my love before the summer ends...

It's interesting to see how many petitions submitted in January received similar "touch" dates. I think April is the month when they'll really start getting to our petitions. It will be exciting when a significant number of December petitions begin receiving approval. I would think we'll start seeing that happen sometime this month. And then we'll be next..

That's what I was starting to think. Or CSC is starting to catch up. I am really interested to see the trend date for Jan and Feb but it's not posted yet. I gotta think CSC is starting to really catch up though.
