Paul & Sabi, I wish you happy news sooooooon regarding your NOA2, The best of luck.

thank you! hopefully they'll get us out of the way, and then you're next my friend. I think you'll see a pretty good processing time. It has to pick up again. It seems to go in cycles. They'll definitely want to get as many adjudications completed as possible before the flood of new petitions in the summer months.

“The impatient may not always be wrong on issues, but they are almost always wrong in their attitudes.”

So true...lately I've been pissy, depressed, moody, grumpy you name it...But today, today I'm turning the page, as of today, I am waiting patiently ...because of impatience we were driven out of Paradise, because of impatience we cannot return...

@sparclight you're right! The more we wait and get frustrated , the longer it seems to be! I checked a lot of numbers at VSC and there was a lot of petitions approved within last 5-6 days so I'm way much more positive! Don't worry guys you don't see approvals here in VJ. They are happening and it's many of them! We're getting closer EAC day and that's the main thing! Keep the faith, approvals will surprise us any day now :)

Another day down, and I'm at 138 days. You're absolutely right. It's enough to drive anyone crazy, and to be fair, it IS driving me crazy. Sadly the other halfs job is becoming an issue, and although we have contingency in place, it's not the news I want to here around now. *sigh*... Still, we called up the other day to specifically ask if we were in advanced processing and to see what processing date they said about (knowing full well that we probably wouldn't get much of an answer out of this since the file is likely to be untouched but you know, for kicks and boredom and on the off chance that MAYBE we were). Nope, no processing. What turns up in email yesterday? A receipt for our request to have our case looked at because it's outside of normal processing times....

Either that's a standardised receipt or we've gotten something that we're not supposed to get! Maybe the agent got confused and saw Jan (month 1) and May (Month 5) as five months... Interesting!

yeah well it's definitely weird that all those petitions from January 3 were mostly approved within the past week and some of them left out... I am sorry but it makes no sense to me whatsoever! They definitely must be divided somehow! Looking at the approvals from 3 days (Jan 03/04/05) some have the same approval date or RFE date so they are definitely split into something...

I am sorry you feel this way... I am sure I will feel the same way closer to June but I am sure it is matter of days when it comes to your approval!

And your email, well I'd say its an automated thing but let's hope you'll really hear from them soon now!

Absolutely. The 'days' yeah sure, there's gotta be a 'little' reason to it, but after that I'm wondering if it's 'pick a box' or whether they get segregated. It's pathetic really, I don't have any right to complain considering the lengths others have to wait!

I agree! At this stage we should be hoping and praying to the sun that we are approved within the normal processing time! :) there's still 2-3 weeks to go then :)

BTW I found some petitions from January 9 (37 of them so far) and there was one RFE dated yesterday, 3 approved last week and 2 approved in April...

I found 32 petitions from January 13 and only 2 approved in April. I wouldn't count on this week to be honest (just being realistic) but who knows, you might be one of those lucky ones! ;) good luck to your fiance!

I'd say they will get to petitions from January 10 onwards next week. Later on I will post here a balance of petitions approved starting January 3 so people have an idea where the USCIS is at but I can tell you now that yesterday they've been working on January 03/04/05 (6x approvals and 4x RFE). So people here on VJ are either not updating or the approved petitioners are not on this website. January 5 has most petitions approved or RFE. January 9 is barely touched, I didn't get to Jan 06/07/08 yet but I am assuming they will work on those this and early next week :)

haha yeah I have some spare time at work :P

I have around 200 numbers (total) so far from January 3rd/4th/5th/9th/13th/17th and 20th

I was checking one by one before but it's too many of them to go by each number. Now I check every 10th number and when I spot I129F, I come back a few numbers. Works perfectly so far but you have to be patient :)

I decided to do that to give some hope to my January friends :) it's easier knowing that sth is happening than just look at igor's list and being depressed that nothing's moving :)
