It seems I'm full of questions tonight... lol... umm.. I work at a hospital so where it asks for your employment information on #7.: I am employed as or engaged in __(type of business)___ with ___(name of concern)___

Would I put the name of my hospital in the first blank and then the department I work in in the 2nd blank, or would I put my position in the first blank and department in the 2nd blank? For example:

Vermont Hospital with Emergency Department or LPN with Emergency Department?

Check the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

First of all :thumbs: to all of Jan filer who got their NOA2s...Now...let's play numbers again...105 filers from January is tracking here...9 approved-about 8.6% also about 70% of December's are approved...so assuming the ratio of approvals will go significantly higher for Jan filer now I'd say if we can get to 25 approved by the end of the week, 50 by next Friday...then we have 1 in 2 chance to be approved in the next 2 weeks :wow: ...HA!!!

Can I get Halleluiah and Hell Yeah on this one?

I have done my calculations yesterday and to be realistic I set up my mind for moving on September 1! There are chances for that and I won't be so disappointed like before when I thought I would be able to move by the end of July... if it's earlier than that, I will be nicely surprised :)

where are you @photomile with your USCIS updates? :)

I'm here.. Unfortunately I didn't' see a single one go to RFE or Approved yesterday from the small list of day 16s, I did have four go to approved status from the day 15 list yesterday, and one RFE and six approvals the day before that. Bar one or two, pretty much all of these were from January 3rd.

As it stands and not including RFE's and their responses... of the 189 petitions submitted with a 'day 15 processing date' only 30 remain to be processed.

Sorry for being a touch quiet, we're having a little bit of a depression spat over here (more me than her)... 132 days and counting now... well over average

I went thro to some more numbers at CSC and noticed that amongst 16petitions received on 23rd jan - 7 have been approved and 1 RFE (3 received approval around feb/march so they might have been expedited but all 4 and 1RFE were recent: may). some 25th jan have been approved also, but only very few. 27th jan: gone thro quite a few numbers and only 1-2 were approved.

So CSC is working on january too, altho they prob recently started. Let's hope they keep approving and get to us REALLY SOON!

According to VJ, CSC should be processing late December filers right now. They should probably start approving more January filers next week, hopefully! My timeline estimation says between June 15 and June 18 which would be close to the five month-mark. Like Sara80 said though, a few late January petitions have already been approved which doesn't really make sense but whatever...I guess all we have to do for now is wait =/

Thanks! Good luck to you as well! Hopefully we will all be hearing some good news very soon. Btw, I don't know if you know this or not, but you can order your tax transcripts by phone at: 1-800-908-9946 or online at: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=232168,00.html it's free. I ordered mine on a friday afternoon and received them that next saturday. It was quick! But it does take a week, so if you need those, order em ASAP! ;)

Thanks for the tip; I just ordered mine! Starting in August, I barely make enough to meet the income requirements, but I'm having my parents as co-sponsors just in case. After all, I read that the income requirements were supposed to change in April 2012 but can't find an updated requirement online.

I don't think there is a whole lot of stock in the "day" of your number... Think about it. ####### and Mary both work at USCIS Mary is quicker than ####### at getting through files. So say you are a Jan. 3rd person but #######'s box is not full they give you to him, but Mary has less complicated cases and she gets through them faster, so the Jan 23rd person goes to her and she gets to them faster... It is like picking a slot machine... only WE don't get to pick. A lot of late Decembers got approved before early ones. I had to stop playing with the numbers. It is driving me and my fiance mad and causing to much stress on our relationship. :bonk:

I agree... whoever processes first he/she gets another pile of files and so on...

I am the same, I stopped thinking about it too much, it was driving me and my fiance crazy! Now I am just waiting and hoping I'll be able to move in September, anything earlier than that will be just nice and I won't complain of course :) but until we pass that 5 months deadline I am not going to worry anymore...

Oh I absolutely agree. The only reason I include it like that is because there is a 'rough', very rough sequence
