Hello there,

Our case is the same as yours . . We are still waiting too. Called the uscis after 60 days of our reply to the rfe, they told us to wait 15 more days then, call them back if we don't hear anything from them then we can ask for the service request!!!!!

That is utterly ridiculous!! So you wait 60 days and then have to wait another 15 before you can do anything? What kind of service is this??

WOW, today is officially 7 months!! :( :( :(

So much for the estimated 5 months for VSC..

:( Now that's frustrating. I wish I could do something to help Tex. I'm sorry this is happening for you guys and other thread members. (F)

For Paul and Sabi, I did manage to get an email yesterday I guess of packet 3? It has the list of documents they want, instructions and doctors. They sent it to me as the petitioner though, which I thought was a bit weird, but it worked out better that way so I will print everything and send it to my fiance as one with all of my financial stuff. How's everything going for you guys?

Good luck on your medical today DJRicky!

I'm still thinking of you Texas22! I hope that you're on to the next step of the journey soon.

We're still waiting for an interview. Our medical should've been taken to the embassy Friday, but the embassy is closed today for a bank holiday. I'm sure they'll be closed next Monday too, so I hope that we manage to get our interview scheduled this week.

That's great! I'm glad its moving along for you.

We are gonna be behind probably by a month for all kinds of reasons and some stupid. I found out in the packet 3 there is an additional form for my fiance where he has to document his travel for the past 10 years and he used to fly a lot so I'm an hour into this and getting so confused with these dates of in and out, out and in, here and there, stamps on top of stamps eek! I wish he had more patience to do this himself, but I'm stuck with this task LOL

I think you need to get your congressman involved... they have already had your RFE evidence more than 60 days now.

Just my opinion.
