Mary, I totally understand your pain. We are a January filer still waiting, and even though we got an RFE, they have had our evidence back for more than 5 weeks now. The wait is very painful. We all paid the same fee and it seem's totally unfair.

I'm thinking about you and hope for good news for you soon!!

Texas we are pulling for you. Got to be your week upcoming.

anyone been affected by hurricane isaac yet? i'm supposed to be flying to new orleans on wednesday... exactly when isaac is meant to reach south east louisiana... i'm guessing my flight will be cancelled and i'll get stuck in atlanta for the night if that trajectory proves to be accurate. :crying:

any floridians here? stay safe everyone!

Gov Jindal just asked residents of our parish (orleans) and 15 others to start evacuating, evacuation will most likely be mandatory by 9am tomorrow.

At this point i don't even care that i'm probably not gonna be there this week realistically, i just want everyone to be okay. Fiance, dog, apartment, friends, colleagues, neighbours... looks like it's gonna be nasty.

Just when i think i've gotten over the last obstacle...

Thinking of everyone affected, and everyone who knows someone affected... so stressful.

Tom's in St. Petersburg FL. It's supposed to be around there today (well, out in the gulf, anyway, not near land)... He says it's not even raining right now, but they're supposed to get heavy rain and storm surges later today. (Of course, he has to ride his motorcycle to work, 'cause his dad needs the car LOL... Plus there's the whole RNC going on in that area, so it's already taking him a lot longer to get to work... poor guy!)

Thank you everyone... it feels good to read the posts and know that you all are still pulling for us. I am sure hoping for some good news this week! I think we've waited long enough!:whistle:
