when I had to notify my change of address (I know we keep moving eh!) the lady on the phone when i paid for my visa told me to email: londoniv@state.gov - theres no need for a code.

I just don't know since my fiance hasn't moved yet and won't do so until next month, if he had moved already would be more logical!

I guess I'll wait to know the exact new address and notify the embassy..

Thanks! I'll have him e-mail that one. Yeah, I would wait until you have the address. I'm not sure if they do anything more than print out the e-mail and put it with your file.

Congrats!!!

I am trying to catch up and see that Kitty got her answer, some approvals etc! I am all happy for you guys.

Unfortunately my apt in Berlin has no internet so I am relying on 3 G only and no way to check USCIS unfortunately... :( will do on Friday but I am sure you will be all well approved by then :)

djricky at least now you can see what I am going through when checking all the numbers if I forget to email them to myself when I leave work. without updated one I go through all the numbers over and over again... All worth it for my Jan family though!

Hope you enjoying your little trip, it came at the perfect time when u can take your mind off the petition and just re focus on life. Wish i could say the same for the other peeps in the group that are un approved. Seems like VSC tidying up the RFE's they gave out so im hopefully they will get approved soon. :thumbs:

Listen,

I just moved too, and although I've not gotten my NOA2 yet here's what I've prepared in case of this BS. mad.gif

Print the online confirmation. USCIS ALSO actually sent me a confirm saying they got my address change. (hopefully you all got that too!), I also called in, spoke to a rep AND sent a formal letter. I've read on the site that you can show them proof of having changed your address and they won't charge you if it's their fault. Now...I am sure this is easier said than done, but you better believe if my NOA2 goes to the wrong place, the shiz will hit the fan if they think they are going to try and charge me. I've got written proof up to the wazoo.

i called NVC today.. to get CASE NUMBER>.

the person told me.. that it would be 15 business days till they get number assigned..

and the CONSULATE would be contacting ROSSANA>. is this true?

Congrats Dare, Kitty, Beth, Kate... A bit behind on the forum, but nice to see all the news. For me, we made POE 6 days ago. FYI, those travelling together, we went through US citizen line together without issue. (JFK). Was interesting, i had my 6 year old son with us, and border control more concerened my son verify that i am his father than make any questions to Lidia. She only verify we know the rule about 90 days. zip, zap, bang. We drove to Boston from New York... and including short trip the next day to RI, Lidia was in 4 states within 24 hours...

PS, the trip to RI, we already have a "puppy" together... Bichon Friese. My son loves.

YES.

From what's been said on the site, USCIS mail does not forward, but yes I have. At this point, I've done all I can from my end in hopes that I don't have to spend months chasing down my NOA2 or an RFE or fighting not to pay just to get a copy. A least I have a paper trail a mile long! star_smile.gif
