Does anyone know exactly if we need to attach all of our supporting evidence (employment letters, pay stubs, tax returns etc.) to the I-134? or do we just place it in a folder for the embassy to reference it? What did you guys plan to do with it? Should it be arranged in any particular way?

I have a three-binder that we are bringing to the interview. I have it sectioned off for the various things that we need, i.e. I have one section for "Forms," another for "Copies of Forms" (I'm really paranoid about losing forms I think), "Affidavit of Support," and on and on (I think I have 7 tabs for the interview, and then another tab that contains an entire copy from cover-to-cover of our petition. Each paper has one cover sheet (two papers in a cover sheet, back to back - if you know what I mean) and I have them arranged in a organized way. I only need to put together our "evidence of relationship" (I need to get some white paper from work for this, LOL). Maybe my binder is overkill but I'm nervous about forgetting something/losing something that I have to have it all in the binder. When we get to the US, I'll get a bigger binder (this one is only 1.5'' I think) to put our petition, interview docs, then AOS, and so forth. I like having it all in one place and easily accessible.

El destino me ha unido a vos.

Congrats Dare! Just quickly skimmed the news of the day before starting work...seriously, these dudes who stole the cable/internet equipment from the company are on my bad list. They turn off the cable all day to "work" on it and then turn that back on around 4 but the internet has never come back....48 hours now. Seriously ticked. I have lots to plan now and can't hardly do a thing. Ugh. BUT we finally have the silly date!!! Yay! Now to update my signature!

or by email to nvcinquiry@state.gov but make sure you write applicant and petitioner's names and DOB for both along with case #

But VSC is quicker than CSC so prob its best to phone them up :)

I don't know where to post this question... I have got my interview scheduled on 14th august and my fiance has just decided he will be moving to another apartment (cheaper and central) at the beginning of sept. Well, all my forms and the I-134 and the rest have been filled with the address where is currently staying at until the end of august, so he's moving after the date of my interview. So do I need to notify anyone at the embassy, obv he hasn't moved yet so he doesn't have any proof of new address yet. But if I don't notify anyone, will this cause an issue at POE?

I thought my january family might enlighten me on this :) thanks

Same sorta thing with me and L.

The answer I got told was "Will you be arriving in the USA before the move in date"

If yes, then don't worry. Even if it's one day, you're still at your old address.

If no, then you need to email the consulate to change this (kittylondon did this)

thanks photomile! He should be moving to the new place a month prior my arrival so I guess I need to notify them. This is so confusing as he just decided last night and he hasnt signed a contract yet, and I dont have the new address yet, nor the exact moving date.. what if he had decided to move after issuance of the visa?

when I had to notify my change of address (I know we keep moving eh!) the lady on the phone when i paid for my visa told me to email: londoniv@state.gov - theres no need for a code.

I just don't know since my fiance hasn't moved yet and won't do so until next month, if he had moved already would be more logical!

I guess I'll wait to know the exact new address and notify the embassy..
