she is ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!

she just asked what is next.. i told her i don't know..!!! cuz i didn't want to plan before we got notice.. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl::thumbs: :thumbs:

Congrats!! I'm sure it feels like such a relief... I really hope I hear something soon. :help:..Starting to get a little worried. Are there any other January filers with a 1/18 received date (or earlier) that have active profiles and haven't heard anything yet?? :(

i kept checking USCIS.. every day.. several times a day... whelp.. at 5:30pm it was updated..

i still have not recieved.. EMAIL or TEXT yet.. but website has the status update.. :)

don't rely on the website, it is not always updated... as long as you got an email , you pretty much are approved. Wait for your approval in a post... and who knows , maybe you will get express since you have been waiting almost 7 months now :)

Thank you guys. I effeminately think my congressman's involvement was effective. At the end of the email it says:

"(I understand that you inquired by phone on 7/27/12 and spoke with ....... on this same case, and we hope this concludes/closes out the inquiry)"
