Glad to see that we're all getting closer...Congrats to Djricky!!Really hope I'll hear something this week...I'm going to be pretty sad if I end up in the 200s ... It doesn't seem to have happened to many people here...Seems like 1/18 received dates are still struggling along...Wish I knew what's going on with my petition.

you should ask your congress person to confirm the exact status of your petition, like some people managed to do. Background check or is it with the adjudicator! We will ask for that information on Monday! We want to know exactly where is it and what the hell is happening with it, if anything... it's a simple question and a simple answer right? I am sure a congressperson or a senator can get at least that!

Yes. you're right Sabi. They need to request this information. It shouldn't be that difficult as many other offices have been able to inquire about the status of the petition. The letter I received from them said that he "urged them to promptly review this matter and advise him on what action they are taking on it." I always thought they had 24 hours to respond to these type of inquiries, so I'm not sure why I haven't heard anything back. The letter also said they'd contact me as soon as the response from USCIS was received. I just hope they have the necessary experience dealing with USCIS to penetrate the agencies walls and seemingly endless methods of deflection. I think Monday I'll need to just call the case manager again and if they haven't heard anything consider reaching out to my Senator as well..Just ready for this to be over now or at least have some idea of what's going on. I think it might have been some bad luck with where my file ended up too. There's been no action on the petitions surrounding my own since July 11...there's 8 that remained untouched. 5 approved. 1 RFE response review. Most of the approvals in my batch of petitions happened June 29th. I would have never believed we'd be approved in August back in April . It would be great to somehow have approval before that happens..Day 194 Monday...

Not to be too dramatic but I like to look for reasons in everything... I guess the lack of approval for me is caused by the fact that I have a mission here! so I just have to patiently wait until everyone is approved and then maybe my turn

cause on my sheet that only had 31 K1s for jan 20 had me sitting right above 317.....remember i said the one above me got approved jun 11, and another directly below me which was #317 @ the time got RFE july 20th? apparently you have some i dont have on my list

its possible cause i see a a group of #s around yours getting some form of action the same time as some around mind. they really did a lot of work on the end of the month, so what happen to the middle, they gonna leave us here alone?

i would be lying if i didnt say my heart skipped a beat..........funny thing is im here skyping with my fiancee and her mom and they thought it was sooo funny. Im happy for that person and im really wishing sometime this week we hear from them, its gonna be 6.5 weeks next friday
