I'm so sad to see that there are still January filers without any action; I feel for you all!

Yesterday marked 4 weeks since NOA2 and also the day when we got the LND number from the NVC. My fiance phoned and was asked for the beneficiary's name and birth date... the lady wasn't too pleased when he paused to think! I'm glad he finally remembered my date of birth before she declined him information!!

On a side not, a friend of mine who was a VSC filer received her NOA2 10 days after me, and yet received her NVC notice in the mail last week. I imagine I might get mine next week. There seems to be so little logic to the whole process.

I hope that you all get some news really soon!

Our congressmans person sent us another email today saying: "John, My liaison has contacted the officer handling this case and we should be expecting action to be taken shortly"

Jan 18 - July 18 (we officially hit the 6 month mark today)

After that email my fiance let her know we are eligible for an expedite (5 months plus 30 days rule)so we will see if she will take it from there or not.

Will keep you posted... However I believe the approval (decision) would come soon anyway.

Thanks for the updated information. Hopefully it will come very soon like today or tomorrow!

That would throw me off because I'm so used to giving my information that it would take me a moment to process the request haha Glad she didn't hang up on him.

FYI: I think your signature line is a bit off on the date for your NOA2. :)

Imagine if it was true

I know that would be amazing :D

I do want to apologize to UKCharlotte because I think I could have said that in a PM instead of blasting it all over this thread. I guess I got caught up reading her post and then got confused on her timeline. Sorry

Delivered to London already?! I got my LND case number by email today!

Better email London embassy to let them know of my new address! (worst case scenario I got my brother who is going to forward everything to me in case it goes to Edinburgh!)
