can I just kindly ask you to explain what are you trying to tell us? You keep showing up out of the blue and making those comments that add not much to this conversation. I don't want to sound hostile but it's just really weird and as much as I would like to ignore it, I am sure we all want this thread to be as friendly as possible which we managed to keep up till now...

It needs explaining?? I expected so.

Every week there is a new definitive theory here, today's is particularly out there in my opinion.

Just saw an email come across my desk from USCIS... I immediately started to shake... could this be it?? Could this be our approval??

Just a notice to let us know that they received our RFE Evidence July 18, 2012 (even though I know it was signed for on July 13th) and that our case status has changed to: Request for Evidence Response Review

Thank you! This process is so agonizing.. I keep thinking... what if they want more evidence now? Did we miss anything else? Will this drag on for months? What if we're denied at this point??

well wouldn't that be great?! :) based on around 20+/- petitions I went through last 2 months, wherever there was RFE, the approval after they received a response, came in around 2-4 weeks... I hope it will be 2 or even quicker for you :)

when is your trip to the USA? Concentrate on that! gosh I had a really bad and dark few weeks but now since I have something to look forward to, it is much easier and my positive thinking is back on!

We will! Right now my wedding date is set before the day before Thanksgiving and I think it will be perfect :) I'm trying to look forward to that and stop worrying about every step of the process. Soon we'll all have amazing things to look forward to and celebrate!

Thanks guys... I know and for the most part I am positive and upbeat and looking forward to seeing my hunny. (We leave on Tuesday next week) :) If I didn't have that to look forward to I don't know where I'd be. Hopefully we can celebrate our NOA2 when I'm there.. :)

Same happened us!!...took 49 days to approved it after ERR email, just so you know, but hope you will get luckier....

Thanks Neetz, I'm hoping ours will come quicker than that. When you got your RFE you were only about 3 months into the wait... we were over 5 months into the wait already... I'm hoping they take that into consideration... you know... to go with their whole "5 months average" #######!! :huh:

Even with your RFE, you got NOA2 at 151 days... so please please let them process ours quickly!! Did I say please?? :P

Well our RFE was for the Visa photos not adhering to the guidelines, specifically that our faces were "too large". Whenever I think of large faces, I think of Robert Z'dar because I'm fairly certain I do not have a large face in comparison to him (google him, you'll see what I mean, lol). Regardless, the lady and I both just got back into the country for another 2 month stint and got the new photos taken care of already, shipped off today.

Definitely still fretting the indeterminable wait between now and the next notification. I'm sure a whole lot of you will be getting updates and NOA2's in the mean-time. Got a gut feeling VSC will start ripping through these petitions near the end of this week! (my guy may also be trying to tell me I'm hungry. It gets those two signals confused sometimes :whistle: )
