The USCIS CSR actually told me about 2-3 weeks ago that they will update their processing times on the 15th of this month... I don't know if that meant the "Jan 9" stuff or "5 months" or what exactly that is... But that is what she said... This was a 1st level person, I suppose...

Hmm that is a lot of RFE's! It seems odd that all of those petitions would have something lacking. Then again, I would've been lost if I hadn't been checking VJ on how to fill out my application. I actually bought a book on Fiance/ee Visas, and VJ ended up being more accurate.

We were on VJ too... and we checked, double checked and triple checked everything. I'm a stickler for details, and organization and we still got an RFE! :(
