Hi everyone, I would like to share to all of you that we got approved last june25 they just updated their website today actually our lawyer got the hard copy of it today as well.. After 180 days of pure torture(frontloading, phone calls, ombudsman, and too much waiting) its finally here!!! Post decision activity! Hopefully that means approval to. Thank you VJ family for all of your empathy and support. I wish the best to all of you. Its really a waiting game. Theyre hoping you give up so that they have less work to do but hang in there!!!

I've visited Tulsa a few times for work. Everyone is so nice!! The weather is insane, though. One week it was 90F, the next it was snowing.

I live up here in Oklahoma. Been here 16 years so we will prob be staying here. Only a few states I would live in, Texas, Wyoming. I love the mountains, but finding the right combination of income level, a place to live and work. Hard to beat Tulsa.

I'd be up for Chicago too. It might be a nice place to go as there would be some tourist appeal for the beneficiaries, and I'm pretty certain I can get a direct flight there from my local airport. I prefer flying to driving long distances, as it ends up being the same price considering how gas is now, and you get a longer trip that way.

We will live in Houston, TX and I would love to stay here, but I am not sure how long I can hold onto that. I've travelled, I've lived in other states and another country, but there is no place like Texas for me haha Vosgan wants to live in California at some point since there is a huge population of Armenians (and lots of his extended family). I want to make him feel comfortable and be around people and things that make him feel at home. I know how hard it is to live in another country and not find your place. I hope my family can do that for him here since he is so close to them now, plus I will get him involved in our Armenian community here and we can visit his family, but after a couple of years if it is not working for him, I'm sure we would move to Cali.

I just don't want to be in an earthquake eek!

15 minute wait for NVC to pick up and same response.......the office is for some reason super slow in getting this stuff to them right now.....and I am not the only one calling and waiting......I must say that the only "good thing" of making these calls is that all of the women who have answered have been very nice and understanding. Other than that.....this is just more of the same waiting. Ugh.

I remember the first time I went to Texas. Me and a friend were roadracing motorcycle down in Oak Hill raceway near Longview. As we were going down the highway people would see us coming and pull over to the shoulder and we would pass. I couldn't figure out what in the world are they doing. I asked at a gas station and they told me they were just being curtious. Blew me away. That was back in 92 though.

Yay Chicago! I live 45 mins from the city but I so wish I could live IN the city. I love it, there is always something to do.
