Hello fellow January filers. I see some people have touches listed. Where and how do you find out if you have been touched. Sounds kind of personal....lol

Howdy Y'all.....Another Jan filer checking in....I've freak out today when I saw update on VSC timeline....but then after seeing some Dec and Jan filers getting NOA2s calmed down a bit:)

Any how, let's just hope who ever does the data management @ VSC screwed up royally

I was told that the "touching" is listed on the USCIS site when you log in... I have never been touched either.... well at least not by the government... A lot of people get approved and never have anything on the USCIS page change. I would not worry too much about it. Welcome to our group. Good luck to you!

I've been touched once and I think that's enough for me...all I want now is just to be approved haha!Touches mean nothing more than just them moving our file from one place to the other. Some people are approved without any touch, sometimes their status isn't changed on the website either so don't worry!

Oddly enough, VSC seems to be showing 5 months timeline again....Who the heck knows what's going on with their data...but it looks like more and more Decembers are getting NOA2’s and I’ve seen some January filers too....

No it doesn't, it still shows 8.7. It shows 5 when you are not signed in to your account, once you sign in it shows 8.7! But it doesn't matter what the website shows as long as they are approving the petitions we are almost day, you will see!

Yep...You are right, I did not log in this morning, but hey...as you said, as loong as we see approvals from December and January we are golden (Happy-Happy Joy-Joy)

I really wanted our NOA2 by my fiancé's birthday but I don't think we will! no touches on our file either... But I don't really trust the website.

Hey all! Another January filer checking in! I've been checking my case every day on USCIS. The wait is agonizing!! My case is at the VSC. I freaked out when I saw the web page too! But knew something was screwy because I'd read on here that some Jan filers have been approved. I really hope I don't get an RFE. Surely if I were going to they'd have sent it by now? I also have a "touch".
