WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!! WE JUST GOT THE TEXTED

WOW!!! I can't believe it... Was talking to my fiancee to say Good Night, and our call dropped like it often does... then the text message came in because the call ended... Case Status Changed... so I called her back... and said wait, wait, wait... I need to check something... (the website)... and there it was... APPROVED!!! We got share it together... SO FREAKIN COOOOOOOL!!! I don't think I will sleep much tonight...

YAY!!! Great news guys!! Glad to see your approvals..awesome! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Hope soo. They need to stay consistent and not deviate from this pace of approvals. I'm nervous being into the 190s..I haven't seen too many petitions go beyond 195 on VJ timelines (Even when VSC was at its worst over a year ago). Really hope they can just take care of business now and get the remaining January filers out of the way..

Me too Paul. I will be soo happy when I see you and Sabi get your approvals... I will cry too! It will feel like a weight has been lifted. Right now we are sitting at 187 days and will likely be waiting a few more weeks for them to respond to our RFE. :(

Thanks DJ, and the RFE was just so stupid too! They could clearly by the sealed sworn paper from the county that his divorce was final 5 years ago, but nope, not good enough! :wacko:

I am just sooo done with this portion of the process... let's move on already!!! :(

I called USCIS to submit a service request at VSC. Everything was ok until the customer service rep. was trying to submit my request, she told me that they are processing 01/16/12 applicants. I told her I know a lot of people who applied early and middle of February and they are all approved without even RFE. She told me that she couldn't submit my service request as the system considered my application within normal time because of that date that VSC submit to cover their back. Nothing else to do except waiting and praying. Lord have mercy upon us all amen.
